Judith Stumpf Bolin of Alexandria passed away September 5, 2011. She was born near Fairmount, ND on January 29, 1938 to Clifford and Jessie West and graduated from Tintah High School. On July 18, 1959, she married Larry Stumpf. Together, they farmed near Nashua. Always preferring the outdoors, Judy rode horses and motorcycles and enjoyed participating fully in every aspect of farming, logging many hours in the driver's seat of a tractor. They farmed until Larry's death in 1984. Three years later, she moved to Alexandria. Here, she became involved in Newcomers, where she began friendships that would last the rest of her life. Many more lasting friendships were forged when she discovered her passion for golfing. Judy was an avid golfer and loved nothing more than being out on the golf course.
