Carl Henry Kremer was born on March 18, 1947 in Monticello, MN, the son of Victor and Margie (McNeely) Kremer. Carl graduated from St. Michael Catholic High School in 1965. He then enlisted into the United States Army for two years and was stationed at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, HI. Carl met Claris Aubart in St. Michael, MN at a dance hall in 1967. They were united in marriage on September 7, 1968 at St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Rogers, MN. Five sons were born to this union Victor, Nick, Peter, Vincent, and Matthew.

Carl farmed, tested tanks for Tanknology, and was a salesman for Shirley Environmental. He also worked as a real estate appraiser for about 10 years before he semi-retired. Carl continued to stay busy by helping neighbors with farming and also as Lake Mary Township Supervisor for many years.
Carl enjoyed fishing and hunting deer with his sons and grandkids. He looked forward to planting his garden every spring and growing giant kohlrabi, pumpkins, popcorn, melons, potatoes, radishes and so much more to share with his family and friends. Carl also enjoyed talking smart while playing cribbage and euchre. He had a quick wit and always called a spade, a spade. Everyone always knew exactly what Carl was thinking.
