Catherine Lange

Catherine A. Lange was born September 4, 1938 in St. Francis, Minnesota to Frank Lange, Jr and Frances (Gappa) Lange. Kay was an RN at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO where she served as Director of the Department of Surgery for 21 years. Kay Lange age 70, passed away January 20, 2009 in Denver, CO. She is survived by brother, Clarence (Jane) Lange of Alexandria, MN and Michael (Mellisa) Ziebell of Baxter, MN; nieces and nephews, Alan (Carrie) Lange, Steve (Diane) Lange, Curt (Sara) Lange, Chris (Julia) Ziebell, Heather (Kyle) Goochey, and Kaitlyn Ziebell; great aunt of nine, and all of whom she loved with all her heart. Kay was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Warren Ziebell. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, February 2, 2009, at 11 AM at the Church of St. Mary?s in Alexandria. Celebrated by her cousin, Father Robert Harren of St. Stephen?s Parish in St. Cloud, MN. Burial followed at St. Mary?s Cemetery in Alexandria. Memorials may be made in Kay?s name to Friends of St. Andrews Hospitality Center, 1525 Dallas St., Aurora, CO 80010. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
