Obituary Darlien Ann Klock was born May 30, 1942 to William and Frieda (Zochert) Klock. She grew up in the Wheaton area graduating from Wheaton High School in 1960. On September 2, 1961, she was united in marriage to Gordon Zibell. For many years, Darlien worked as the Traverse County Deputy Clerk of Court and was the owner of Special Things retail store in Wheaton. After moving to Alexandria, she was employed by United Way and Stepstone Workforce Center. She was a member of the Alexandria Covenant Church in Alexandria. Darlien enjoyed cooking, baking and doing crafts. Darlien Zibell, age 66, of Alexandria, MN, formerly of Wheaton, MN, passed away May 10, 2009. Darlien is survived by two sons: Ron (Pam) Zibell, Wheaton, MN, and Duane (Shelly) Zibell, Lewistown, MT; and one daughter, Connie (Boyd) Johnson of Detroit Lakes, MN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Jessica, Geoffrey, Trent, Creed, Brook and Paige Zibell and Olivia, Nathan and Edward Johnson. Darlien was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Evan.
