Elza Manning

January 31, 1952 — December 14, 2014

Elza Rocha was born January 31, 1952 in Uvalde, TX, the daughter of Louis and Irene (Clark) Rocha. She grew up in Texas and lived for a short time in Michigan. After graduating high school Elza received training through the job corps.

Elza enjoyed bingo and spending time at casinos. She liked to dance, go out with the girls and have fun. Elza attended powwows in order to spend time with her family. Family was the most important thing in Elza’s life.
On Sunday, December 14, 2014 Elza died at the age of sixty-two years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Irene Rocha; two brothers, Don and Luis Rocha; and one niece, Denise Rocha-Toner.
