Frank Branch

Frank Aaron Branch was born June 26, 1979 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was living with a foster family near Bemidji, MN when Ronald and Ann Branch of Alexandria adopted him at age three. He grew up and went to school in Alexandria. At age twenty-three, Frank moved to Moorhead, MN where he lived in a supervised apartment. Heartland Industries in Moorhead employed Frank. Frank enjoyed riding his bike. He was also a radio controlled car enthusiast. Frank loved the holidays, especially Christmas and Halloween. Of course, his favorite holiday was June 26th, his own birthday. On Monday, October 3, 2011 Frank died at the age of thirty-two years. His grandmother, Leona Schwartz; his grandfather, Chester Branch; and one uncle, Charles Branch, preceded him in death. Frank is survived by his parents Ron and Ann Branch of Alexandria; three brothers, John, Carl, and Eric Branch, all of Alexandria; grandfather, Darold Schwartz of LeSueur, grandmother, Evelyn Branch of Alexandria; aunts and uncles, Denice and David Velde of Glenwood, MN, Charles and Ruth Schwartz of LeSueur, MN and Joel and Pam Schwartz of Chippewa Falls, WI; and cousins, Sara, Adam and Allison. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM, Friday, October 7, 2011 at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Alexandria. Reverend Scott Keehn will officiate. Diane Alveshere will provide music. Interment southwest of Starbuck will be private. Honorary pallbearers include all of Frank?s Staff at CCRI and Heartland Industries. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM Thursday at the church. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
