Jennie Hevern

Jennie – Virginia Hevern passed away peacefully at her home on March 17, 2017 surrounded by her family, as a result of cancer.

Jennie was born Nov 26, 1939, married Monty in 1957, and a year later they were blessed with their son Randy. Randy's son Cole and his wife Christine blessed Jennie and Monty with great-grand daughter Slone.

Her desire to serve others touched many giving us all a memory and a reason to be grateful for her presence in our lives.

Jennie was preceded in death by her son Randy, husband Monty.

Survived by Cole and his wife Christine, Great Granddaughter Slone, sisters Pat (Vernon) Bartz, Eloyse Wade, Chad Bartz and Family, Jill Bartz and Steve Parton and daughter-in-law Julie Ottmar.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at New Life Christian Church in Alexandria. A private family inurnment will take place at Geneva Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home. www.andersonfuneral.net
