Jordan Taylor Lee was born on March 3rd, 1993, in Omaha, NE. Her family moved to MN when she was 7 years old.
Jordan enjoyed art, reading, wildlife photography, board games, trips to new destinations, and long car drives. She was a passionate individual, especially in regards to spirituality and pursuit of knowledge in metaphysics. She will be remembered by many as being a humanitarian at heart and someone who frequently placed the needs of others before her own, even while enduring her battle with pancreatic cancer. She married her soulmate, Scott Ley, in a private ceremony in the months leading to her death. She was a devoted dog-mom to her English cocker spaniel, Minnie and was a loved daughter to Tammy and Chris Lee. She loved the wintertime, wearing boots, Christmas and was the most thoughtful gift giver. Jordan was a beautiful soul and the world is dimmer without her, but the stars shine brighter now that she is watching over us.
Jordan passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at the age of 29. She will be missed every single day by her husband, Scott Ley; parents, Chris and Tammy Lee; siblings; Reggie Bunnell, Nicole (Albert) DeRouen and Amanda (Dylan) Mason; niece, Shaylynn (Matt) Pfaff; grandparents, Oliver Becker, Naomi Rodgers, Gail Shorney , and Shirley Lee; parents-in-law, Brian and Chris Ley; special friend, Rachel (Kolle) Pappenfus; and fur-baby, Minnie. As well as numerous other family members and friends. Jordan is preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth Shorney and Robert Lee; and uncle, Marty Becker.
