LaVerne Oxendale

LaVerne "Bud" L. Oxendale (8/31/1934-9/15/2016) age 82 of Alexandria, MN formerly of Blaine, MN. Bud passed peacefully at his lake home in the afternoon on the 15th of September 2016. He is survived by and was the beloved father of Denise (Art Platt) Wishcop; grandfather, of Danielle (Matt) and Joseph (Krysta); great grandfather "Bumpa" to Skylar Noelle, Emersen Grace, Aiden Joseph, and Logan John; and twin sister, LaVonne Kral; and many nieces and nephews. Bud is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Corrine; parents, William and Minnie (Schroeder) Oxendale; brother, Myron; sisters, Betty Kuehn and Vivian Schnobrich. He will be forever fishing, greatly missed and always in our hearts.
Funeral Service will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, September 19, 2016 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Garfield. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
