Linda Klobes

Linda (Baltes) Klobes was born to LaVerne and Jeanette (Uphus) Baltes on October 17, 1951 in St. Paul, MN.

On this day November 7, 2018, Jesus came to wrap her in His loving embrace and take her hand to walk her home to his Heavenly realm, rejoicing in her home coming.

Linda loved her family and friends, always helping in any way she could, with everything she had.  She had a special love for the elderly, working at Knute Nelson and Bethany nursing homes for many years.  Often going beyond her duties and using her own time to style some of the lady’s hair for special occasions.  She worked at adult special needs group homes for many years, where the residents were endeared in her heart.  Linda also worked for Walmart and Menards for many years.  She was a very personable lady who looked forward to seeing the customers that soon became her friends.  Linda enjoyed, music, cards, dice, and computer games.  She loved her dogs, raising many throughout the years and spoiled them as well as treating them like her children.  We will all miss Linda but will not say Goodbye, only see you soon, when Jesus comes to welcome us home.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law, Richard Winter and Mike Mikkleson; grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Linda is survived by her husband, Gary Klobes; daughters, Kristi (Keyes) Burgess and Jennifer Tvrdik; grandchildren, Jonathon (Treanna) Burgess, Joshua Burgess, Tyler, Janaye, Bailey, and David Rauscher, great grandchildren, mother -in-law and father-in-law, Adeline and Willian Klobes; step-son, Greg Klobes, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Terry Klobes and Vicki Klobes; brothers and sisters, Diane Winter, Mary (Jim) Luekam, John Baltes (Dee), Carol (Herb) Hoppe, and Barbara Mikkelson.  Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

A Service to Celebration the Blessing of Linda’s life to us all will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 9, 2018 with a visitation from 4-7 PM followed by the Celebration of life service at 7 PM.  A private family interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
