Lula Burnett

Lula Pearl Renner was born October 13, 1917 in Fairbury, NE, the daughter of _Albert Edward and Pearl Chambers Renner. Lula was raised and schooled in Nebraska. She attended secretarial school and passed the civil service test. She began working for the Veterans Administration hospitals. Later she worked as a secretary for the Agricultural Department United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation. While working with this organization she served for a year in China and Taiwan. Lula was united in marriage to Staff Sgt. Luby Burnett on February 29, 1950. They made there home in Aurora
