Our child, Maci Jean Bordeaux was born November 7, 2012 in Alexandria. No words can ever completely describe how amazing she is and always will be. The beautiful memories that she has given us go well beyond words. Maci was an extremely smart girl. She had a very creative mind and it showed through the crafts she loved doing and her coloring. Playing with her dolls displayed her caring and desire to nurture. She continued her creative play outdoors in her sandbox and playhouse. Maci loved her puppy dogs. Maci was also quite a chatterbox and loved to sing and dance. And she was full of energy and love. We are sure her mission in life was to brighten our day, or anyone who met her, with her very contagious smile. Maci knew the love of her family; she magnified that love and returned it to us. The love and joy she brought us, our family, and anyone lucky enough to know her will shine on. This child of ours, perfect in every way, is the light of our lives. On Saturday July 19, 2014 Maci Jean left us, she was one year, eight months old. She is survived by ourselves, Anthony and Amanda Bordeaux. Maci is also survived by her grandparents, Janet Wilkins, Ed Wilkins, Michael and Cindy Winter, Robert and Heidi Bordeaux; great grandparents, Don Wilkins, Jean Schmidt, Robert and Betty Bordeaux and Sally Wilkins; uncles, Christopher Bordeaux, Robbie Bordeaux, and Gavin Wilkins; aunt, Erin Wilkins; cousin; Brody Stokeland; and many other relatives.
