Marjorie Weber

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at New Life Christian Church in Alexandria. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Warsaw, North Dakota. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.

Marjorie Ann was born on February 5, 1939, in Grafton, North Dakota, the daughter of Lucian and Henrietta (Gornowicz) Grzadzielewski. Marjie grew up in Warsaw and graduated from Minto High School in 1957.

After graduation she moved to Minneapolis where she worked as a bookkeeper for several different companies. On December 30, 1967, Marjorie was united in marriage to Dennis Kriske in Warsaw, ND. The couple lived in Minneapolis where Marjie kept working as a bookkeeper. She moved to Alexandria in the early 1980's. She met Dan Weber and they were married on April 12th in Alexandria.

Marjorie loved spoiling her nieces and nephews – especially at Christmas as Holidays were very important to her. She also had a love of animals but had a soft spot for cats. Marjie enjoyed music, loved to dance and her favorite was a good polka.

Marjorie died on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Dan Weber of Alexandria, MN; son, John Scholer of Minneapolis; two grandsons, siblings: Carol (George) Dickson of Sioux Falls, SD, Mary (Harold) Mach of Minto, ND; nephews: Tom Kristi) Grzadzielewski, Al ( Amanda) Grzadzielewski, Michael (Debbie) Dickson, Brian (Barbie) Dickson, James (Julie) Mach; nieces: Barb (Cristal Doe) Grzadzielewski, Jane (Grzadzielewski) (Brad) Ray, Sherry (Dickson) (Randy)Greendahl; great nephew, Adam Mach. Stepdaughters, Lori (Roger) Schneider, Shannon Weber, Step grandchildren, Jenna Schneider and Lexi Schneider.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lucian & Henrietta; brother, John Grad; nephew, Patrick Mach.
