Michael Samsel

Michael Francis Samsel was born on April 4, 1960, the son of Richard (Sam) and Marilyn Samsel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was married to Lanae Samsel on January 4, 1980.
Mike enjoyed restoring classic cars, motorcycles, or anything with wheels. He was an excellent pool player, great story teller (king of the one liners) and enjoyed fishing. Most of all he loved caring and helping not only his family and friends but anyone that needed a helping hand.
Mike was a mechanic by trade but he also worked in the Oil Fields for twenty plus years. After he finished working at the Oil Fields he was the Service Manager at Automaxx for about ten years.
Michael died on Monday, September 5, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn; two sons: Jake & Keegan; two daughters: Lynsey & Kelsey; six grandchildren, two sisters: Lisa and Patti.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Alexandria. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home.
