OBITUARY Nancy Lynn Busch was born on January 18, 1962 in Alexandria, MN the daughter of Donald and Bernadine (Klimek) Busch. Nancy grew up on a farm near Leaf Valley and while in high school she worked at Roger?s Steak Out in Alexandria. She graduated from Jefferson High School in the Class of 1980 and then continued her education at Bemidji College receiving her degree in Criminal Justice. After college she started to work for Bridging the Gap, DAC, and AOC. She then began working for the Wadena Work Force Center Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc. as a job counselor. Nancy loved a good garage sale, estate sale, auction or any bargain. She loved animals especially her dog Sammy. She had warm and giving heart who was lovingly referred to as the ?Kissing Auntie?. She loved her family and will be greatly missed by them. Nancy Busch-Christenson age 48 of Alexandria died on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at her mother?s home near Leaf Valley, MN. She is survived by her mother Bernadine Busch of Garfield; siblings Marjorie of Phoenix, AZ, Bonita Prescott (Dave Holm) of Alexandria, Roger of Northome, Lori (Doug) Johnson of Fort Worth, TX and Brenda (Bryan) Hellerman of Parkers Prairie; nieces and nephews: David ?Bud? (Megan Schmidt) Prescott, Tanya Prescott, Megan (Mike) Kopitzke, James ?Jimmy? Holm, Ben Hellerman, Brooke Hellerman, Robyn (Patrick) Martin, and Jessica Johnson; Great nieces and nephews Zachary Martin, Hattie May Martin, Bronson Prescott and Violet Prescott; Step nephews Ken (Denise) Holm and John Holm; and step great nephew and niece Carter Holm and Rayna Holm; aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Busch. The funeral was at Seven Dolors Catholic Church and interment in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers included Terry Busch, Dan Arndt, John Reed, Tim Ferguson, Alan Gunther, Don Ziesmer. Honorary Pallbearers included .Brooke Hellerman, Ben Hellerman, Jessica Johnson, Robyn Martin, James Holm, Megan Kopitzke, Tanya Prescott, and Bud Prescott. The Busch family is very grateful for the services received through Hospice. Many thanks to family, friends, and neighbors who helped during this time, especially to Nancy?s special friend and neighbor Aleta Nitschke. Their love and support shown made Nancy?s passing a special time. She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her.
