Nikki Fischer

Nicole Rae Fischer was born on December 31, 1985, in Alexandria, Minnesota the daughter of Ron “Rocket” and Denise (Hubred) Fischer. As a young girl she enjoyed go-carting with her brothers and was always positive whether she won or lost. Nikki graduated from Jefferson High School in Alexandria and continued her education at Alexandria Technical College receiving her degree in Medical Coding.
Nikki loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a special love for her three Yorkies: Lita, Ozzie, Remo. Nikki will be remembered as a positive, forgiving person who was always happy. Because of Nikki’s positive attitude and her ability to always be there for family and friends – this quality really shined through in June of 2014 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and friends and family could be there for her but somehow she always seemed to give more back.
Nikki died on Monday, November 30, 2015. She is survived by her dad, Ron “Rocket” (Alida)Fischer; brothers: Josh & Jesse; step brothers: Ben, Josh, Luke & Jared; grandma, Ardys Fischer; grandpa, Bob Geris all of Alexandria; her three Yorkies: Lita, Ozzie, Remo; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Denise; grandparents: Harold, Valerie & Dennis Hubred.
