Nikki Jo (Dropik) Meyers was born December 18, 1981 in Alexandria, MN to Tony & Janet Dropik. She passed away August 30, 2019 in St Cloud Hospital due to complications from surgery.
Nikki attended elementary school in Carlos and graduated from Jefferson Senior High in 2000. She attended Alex Tech for Wireless Communication.
Nikki met the love of her life Matthew in Feb of 2013. They were married October 8, 2016 at St Nicholas Church in Belle River. On August 16, 2017 they welcomed their son Mason Richard into the family and were looking forward to having more.
Nikki loved taking care of their home & garden and had recently started being “crafty” using barn wood from their barn that caved in this past winter. She looked forward to deer hunting with the “boys”. She was very opinionated, had a lot of sass but people loved her for that.
She is survived by husband Matt and 2 year old son Mason, parents: Tony & Janet, her older brother, Craig & sister in law Pam, younger sister, Lindsey & brother in law John; Nieces: Brooklyn, Hannah & Mikayla Dropik, Nephew: Caleb Olsen and baby girl Olsen due in January. Mother & Father in law: Dale & Teresa Koudela, Brother & sister in law: Chris and Jill Koudela & brother in law: Dustin Koudela & girlfriend, Allie Coleman. Grandmother: Helen Dropik and grandparent in laws: Richard Koudela & Rodney & Judith Meyers; Godparents: Mark & Kathy Marquart. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, whom all love her dearly.
She is preceded in death by grandparents Bill Dropik & Tilfred & Arlene Moen and grandmother in law, Carolyn Koudela.
Since graduation Nikki has enjoyed previous employment at Windmill Ponds and Wal-Mart Vision Center. She recently switched employment to Eye Associates of Alexandria. Even with only being there a short time she had fallen in love with the atmosphere and fast became good friends with all the co-workers and doctors.
Please say extra prayers for the Dropik & Meyers families as we all miss Nikki so much. Rest in Peace until we meet again. We love you.
Pallbearers are Craig Dropik, John Olsen, Jeremy Johnson, Chris Koudela, Dustin Koudela & Zach Butcher.
Honorary pallbearers are Lindsey Olsen, Pam Dropik, Jill Koudela and Ally Coleman.
