Priscilla C. Zarbok

Priscilla Catherine (Krista) Zarbok passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family, on Saturday, August 5th, 2023, at the age of 86.

The daughter of Mathew and Mathilda Krista graduated from high school in Sisseton, South Dakota in 1955. Priscilla was married to the love of her life, Leland Zarbok, on June 29th, 1957, and they celebrated 66 wonderful years of marriage.

They raised three wonderful children, Debra, Brenda and Lee. They were inseparable as they traveled, golfed, played darts and much more, but they especially loved playing and singing old time music for nursing home residents in the area. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, bird watching, cooking and spending time with her family.

Priscilla is survived by her husband Leland, Brother Laverne (Anna) Krista, three children - Debra (Rick) Voges, Brenda Carlson and Lee (Lori) Zarbok. Also surviving her are 7 grandchildren - Mike Carlson, Chad (Mari) Carlson, Samantha (Gary) Pace, Mathew Zarbok, Trevor Thompson, Andrew Voges and Nicholas (Bailey) Voges, 6 great grandchildren - Gabriel, Layla, Dominic, Xander, Karalee and Declan, one great great grandchild - AnnaLynn, plus many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mathew and Mathilda and brother Wulfran Krista.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 11th, 2023, from 11:00 AM to Noon with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory in Alexandria, MN.

A light lunch will follow.
