Raymond Bullick

Raymond Andrew Bullick was born April 12, 1927, to Ralph and Emma Bullick. Ray was born and raised in the Boyd Minnesota Area. In 1944, he moved with his family to a farm near Cyrus, MN. In his later adolescent years, he worked as part of a combine crew harvesting grain throughout the Midwest.
In 1948, Ray went into the ministry and served as a minister throughout the state of Minnesota for ten years. On February 2, 1963, Ray married Verna Wahlin and together they had a warm and open home in Bloomington, Minnesota. After serving as a minister, Ray started working for Tielson Brothers Construction Company doing carpentry work. After retiring from Tielson’s, he and Verna moved to Eagle Bend. In the last few years of his life, he lived at the Todd County Care Center.
Ray died on April 11, 2016, one day short of his eighty ninth birthday. He is preceded in death by his wife, Verna; parents, Ralph and Emma; brothers, Albert, Stanley, Marvin and Ellsworth; sisters, Helen and Florence. He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Vivian Bullick, Ruth Bullick and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service took place on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria, MN at 11:00 AM. Interment took place at Kinkead Cemetery.
