Robyn Rae Brandt was born August 12, 1972 in Morris, Minnesota to Peter and Joyce (Estensen) Brandt. She attended school in Morris where she received a letter in track, and graduated in 1991. Robyn attended St. Cloud State University for a degree in education and transferred to Alexandria Technical College where she received an AA degree in Graphic Design. Robyn married Joseph Schramel where they lived in St. Cloud and were blessed with three beautiful children. Later, Robyn moved to Alexandria where she has made her home the past several years. She worked at Voyager Elementary School as a Para-Professional until her diagnosis with cancer, which she courageously battled for the past year. Robyn enjoyed going to garage sales, working with the children at school and being very active in her church community. She was a gifted artist and loved painting, but most of all she loved being with her children. She made the time spent with her children special and memorable by skating with Courtney and spending time with her boys on the farm. Robyn was an exceptional mother, daughter and sister. We will always remember her kind and loving nature, as well as her beautiful smile. Robyn has been an inspiration through her illness, and has spiritually touched all who knew her.
