Rosalind Ogren

Rosalind Ann (Peterson) Ogren was born on March 14, 1937, in Alexandria, Minnesota, the daughter of Argyll & Janess Peterson. She attended Alexandria High School and graduated in 1955. Roz married Roger Wallace Ogren and they had three children: Breck, Linda and Arica. Roz moved from Alexandria to St. Cloud, Minnesota, then to Circle Pines, Minnesota, then to Littleton, Colorado, and then to Dana Point and San Clemente, California. Mrs. Ogren died on January 28, 2010 in San Clemente, CA after a courageous battle with cancer. Roz was preceded in death by her parents, Argyll and Janess Peterson, former residents of Alexandria, Minnesota, and sisters Shirley Eakin (formerly of Boulder, Colorado) and Karen Eddy (formerly of Dana Point, California). Roz is missed dearly by her children and their spouses, Breck (Jenny) Ogren, Linda (Jon) Lindquist and Arica (Brad Cadman) Ogren. Nana Grandma is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Jared and Geoffrey Lindquist; and Kyle and Kelsey Ogren. Many friends, cousins and other family members all around the country will forever miss her. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010, at the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria, MN with Rev. Marilee Bergerson officiating. Honorary Pallbearers were her grandchildren: Jared Lindquist, Geoffrey Lindquist, Kyle Ogren, Kelsey Ogren. Burial was at Kinkead Cemetery.
