Shane Buse

Shane was born on February 27, 1987, in Alexandria, MN the son of Leroy and Debra (Quam) Buse. He attended grade school in Brandon and graduated from Brandon High School in the Class of 2005. Shane was a hard worker and took pride in all the things he did. He worked for his dad in the construction Industry and also helped on the family farm. Shane always had a friendly personality and a generous heart. He loved his parents, brothers and his sister-in-law very much. He always enjoyed the family discussions around the dinner table and the good food his mother made for him. Shane?s favorite past time was hunting and fishing. He liked being outdoors and enjoying nature. He liked trap shooting at Elk Lake Lodge, ice fishing, and hunting with his buddies. Those who knew and loved him will miss Shanes? good sense of humor and friendly attitude Shane died on Saturday, March 8, 2008. He is survived by his parents: Leroy and Debra Buse of Brandon MN; brothers: Darek & Becky Buse of Evansville, MN, Justin Buse of Evansville, MN; grandmother, Ione Quam of Ashby MN, great grandmother, Hazel Quam of Chokio, MN; uncles: Donnie & Leila Buse of Brandon, MN Marlin & Sheila Carrigan Buse of Boulder, CO, Steve Quam of Milnor, ND, Jerry & Ardyce Quam of Mandan, ND, Rodney & Becky Quam of Mandan, ND; Aunts: Mary Buse & Fred Shaw of St. Paul, MN, Linda Quam of Ashby, MN, and several cousins. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Grace Lutheran Church in Brandon, MN with the Reverend Ed Borchardt officiating. MaryLynn was the organist and Bernie Thoennes was the soloist. Interment was in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Millerville Township, MN. Casket Bearers were Darek Buse, Justin Buse, Leslie Ness, Evan Quam, Brandon Buse and Craig Pohlmann. Honorary Casket Bearers were Jeramiah Quam, Samantha Gervais and Shane?s cousins and friends. Arrangements are with the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
