Shane Jenzen

Shane Anthony Jenzen was born on January 25, 1970, in Redwood Falls, Minnesota to Wayne and Linda (Erickson) Jenzen.

Shane married Bonita Northway in 1991 and lived in St. Cloud.  The couple was blessed with daughters, Amanda and Samantha.  He later met Jeanene Strum and was blessed with daughters, Allison and Alexandra.  Shane worked construction all his life.  He was a roofer, worked at Alex Brick and Stone and was a stone mason.

Shane loved Nascar especially Jeff Gordon, watching movies, Minnesota Vikings, ice fishing, and cooking.  He was a good organizer and will be remembered for his goofiness, memorable laugh, and his kindness.

Shane died on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at his home in Alexandria at the age of 50.  He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Garrett Foltz) Jenzen of Detroit Lakes, Samantha (Frank) Orsello of Wadena, Allison Jenzen and Alexandra Jenzen both of Sauk Rapids; grandchildren, Seilor Foltz, Aubri Anderson, and Ares Orsello; father, Wayne (Nancy) Jenzen of Alexandria; mother, Linda (Sean) McCarthy of Anaheim, CA; siblings, Valery (Chris) Hoover of Royalton, Neil (Kelly) Jenzen of Alexandria, Alicia (DJ) Lein of Maple Grove; and many nieces and nephews.  Shane is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Wayne and Marie Jenzen; and maternal grandparents, Orpha and Russel Bright.
