Thomas Joseph Muzik, JR of Alexandria age 79 died on Monday, March 23, 2015 at the Douglas County Hospital, Alexandria, Minnesota. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Alexandria, Minnesota. Visitation will take place at the Anderson Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and also one hour prior to the service at the church.
