Nicholas Evan Larson was born on February 19, 1991, in Alexandria, Minnesota, to Carrie Larson and Wayne Pfeffer. He was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Holmes City on May 26, 1991 and confirmed on Reformation Sunday October 2005
He attended school in Alexandria and graduated in 2009. After graduation he worked at various jobs. The one he enjoyed the most was at KSAX working in the control room. He was recently employed at Sun Opta.
Nicholas had a artistic side and loved making pottery, jewelry, and drawing. He also had a quest for information and was a mentor for Coder Dojo which is an NPO that teaches children ages 8-18 how to program computers.
Nicholas died on Friday, December 11, 2015. He is survived by his mother, Carrie Larson of Alexandria; father, Wayne Pfeffer (Jacki) of Buffalo, MN; half-brother, Issac Pfeffer of St. Cloud & niece, Maya Pfeffer; uncles: Charles (Jennifer), Randy, Donald; aunt: Sandra all of Alexandria; cousins: Ericka (Jared) Hoerner of Dickinson, ND, Jarek Toso of Alexandria, Kyrstin Barrick, Vinny Sposito of Alexandria; Uncles Kenneth (Kristine) Pfeffer, Parkers Prairie, MN cousins: Derek, Dylan and Sophie John (Amber) Pfeffer, Sauk Rapids, MN cousins: Gavin, Aiden and Aliyah Timothy (Nicole) Pfeffer, Alexandria MN cousin Haley; Aunts: Kathy (Paul) Hunnicutt, Dewitt, MI, cousin, Sara Laurie Gust, Rush City, MN, cousin Collin; god parents: Fred & Lana Krafthefer; step grandmother, Louise Martin.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lyle & Harriet Larson, Frank & Mary Jane Pfeffer; sister, Stephanie.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015, 1:30 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. Denise Croskey officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Cemetery in Holmes City. www.andersonfuneral.net
